2. Reservations & Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or authorized hold. Rates are per room, per night, and exclude applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by rate and property. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original method of payment within the timeframe specified at booking.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect property, staff, and other guests. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct.

5. Liability

Miron Hotels & Resorts is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
